Soul Temptation is a music act based from Queensland Sunshine Coast, and features vocalist Clint Francis and instrumentalist Mark Williams. The duo specialise in entertainment for functions, corporate events, clubs, cafes and resorts. This internationally experienced duo has a diverse play list that allows them to cater for any event. From smooth grooves and jazz through to dance floor party hits, they’ve got the versatility to make your event or function a complete success! Since the acts formation in 2001 Soul Temptation have performed internationally in Tokyo, Japan for Hilton Hotels and for corporate events in Hong Kong with regular local appearances at venues such as the Sheraton Noosa, Hiatt Coolum, and Novatel Twin Waters Resort. Recent corporate clients have included, • BMW • Macintosh Computers • B&D Rollerdoors • Niagra • Australian Insurance Holdings • The Law Society of Queensland Soul Temptation regularly perform at venues throughout South East Queensland helping to make them one of the Sunshine Coasts most popular acts. Francis - SingerClint Francis is one of Queensland 's most respected live and studio vocalists with a career now spanning twenty years. He continually performs a diversity of styles including jazz, soul, blues, pop, Rn’B and funk, both locally and internationally. His international appearances have included corporate shows in Hong Kong and residencies at the Tokyo Hilton, Japan, which led to an invitation to make a special guest appearance on stage with vocalist Alex Ligertwood from Santana in Tokyo. Clint has also performed with the Channel 9, Hey Hey It’s Saturday big band and supported such Australian music icons as Cold Chisel and Mondo Rock.  Mark
Williams - InstrumentsMark Williams is a musician with an international career now spanning twenty years. His career started with Sunshine Coast act Applejack, winners of Best New Act, in the 15th annual Queensland Rock Awards. From there he spent a decade touring Australia with bands such as The Big Picture, Le Rox, Riff-X, The Ones (Sony) and Liquid Engineers (EMI). Through this period he supported many of Australia's major artists in concert, just a few of these include INXS, Midnight Oil, Men At Work, Split Enz, Jimi Barnes, Diesel, Hunters & Collectors and The Angels. Mark's international work includes six month residencies at both the Portman's Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai, China and the Hilton Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. Corporate shows in Hong Kong. Guest performances on Vomo Island, Fiji for Sofitel Hotels and as a member of the Rob Tognoni Band, the 98, 99 and 2001 European tours. More recently Mark has been performing as freelance musician for Australian country recording artists, James Blundell, and Luella and the Heelers.  Suzanna

Tahana - Alto SaxophoneDyon is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne and has played professionally for the last twelve years. His skill at improvisation and highly versatile approach have led him to perform with such well known artists as Tony Kopa from The Truth and Things Of Stone and Wood before basing himself in France performing with the The Hoax Collective. Since returning to Australia he has become one of Queensland 's most in-demand players. |
